hela Sverige If you enjoy delivering world-class service and want to be part of a team with a big heart, this could be the role for you. We are now looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Facilities Services team at our head office in Lund. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Who is your future team?
As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Facilities External & internal services department, which includes service desk, reception, event and conference services, as well as mail and courier services. Together with related teams such as Premises and Security, we work to provide a high level of service and a safe, stimulating work environment for all Axis employees in Lund.

The position is full-time (100%) and will start in May 2026. Working hours are scheduled within 07:30-17:00, and the role is onsite at our head office in Lund.
What you'll do here as a Service Coordinator?
As a global market leader in network video solutions, Axis operates in an international environment. In this role, you will meet colleagues, partners and visitors from all over the world and often be their first point of contact in Lund.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Representing Axis by welcoming and assisting visitors
* Handling internal cases and service requests
* Managing telephone calls and emails
* Performing administrative and back-office tasks
* Handling mail and courier services (receiving, registering and dispatching parcels)
The role also includes invoice handling, numerical follow-up and other administrative tasks, as well as responsibility for smaller assignments and projects.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for an outgoing and service-minded person who enjoys being the public face of the organization and contributing to a positive experience for both visitors and employees.
To succeed in the role, you have:
* Experience from reception, service support or customer service
* Good general IT skills and experience working with various IT systems
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English
* The ability to stay calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment
* A positive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a change-oriented organization
