Volvo Trucks International MEENA is responsible for sales and marketing activities in north and West Africa, East, and Middle East markets, covering truck sales and services in 56 countries

You know how to sell an idea, and you enjoy doing it! At the same time you are good at building relations and trust with other people, this is a necessity as we are long term partners with our importers.

You are capable to manage on your own and represent the part that is not at the table, meaning that if you are with an importer, you represent Volvo. If you are in the home organisation, you sometimes represent the importer.

You enjoy to travel the world and to places that offer a different perspective on how life, business and society is best managed, and you appreciate and respect other peoples cultures.

You are off-course highly targeted driven, self-motivated, willing to take responsibility and follow through on commitments - and you are a great contributor in our team.

This is what you will do

Your main challenge and opportunity will be to increase parts sales through service contracts. You will sell this way of doing business to our importers, support them and follow them up on corresponding activities to make it happen.

In addition to that, you will also manage the roll-out and support of various connected services - a highly interesting area.

Competencies we believe you need to be successful
• University degree or equivalent
• Sales competence and experience
• Experience from working with service contracts and/or services
• Experience in networking and cooperating in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent knowledge in English

This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and requires frequent travelling.
