The Team and role
inRiver Support team supports Customers and Partners with technical and non-technical issues. They work together as a team to make inRiver 's Customers and Partners successful while using inRiver. They believe in creativity and customer-centric innovation when working with projects and daily tasks. As inRiver is growing, we are now looking for someone to join our fun and service-minded team.
In this position, we want you to work somewhere 50 %-100 % from somewhere around 1/2 to 15/5. There is a good chance to work after these dates as well.
The tasks in this role:
• Register, classify and respond to service requests received through various channels such as phone, portal and email.
• Act as the communication hub towards customers and partners by coordinating their support requests, questions- and coordinate the response internally.
• Utilize existing processes, knowledge manuals or other reference materials to resolve issues where possible.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the Service Center.
• Support the Service Center team with their daily tasks and project assignments.
Your profile:
• Since this is a junior position, we believe that you are in the beginning of you career
• Basic technical understanding of different platforms and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
