The position

As a Service Business Support and Quality Manager you will be integral to shaping the future of our services and enhancing the customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative environment where quality oversight, network support and strategic growth go hand-in-hand. This role will involve regular travel within Europe, with trips planned and agreed upon in advance. The office location is flexible, depending on your current location.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive service development and quality assurance efforts to maintain high service standards in the advanced logistics sector.
* Build and manage strategic partnerships, particularly with Toyota Automated Logistics Group (TALG) to expand service reach and support business objectives.
* Support negotiations of service and support agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of quality programs to consistently meet service standards.
* Oversee cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring operational excellence.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality service support initiatives.
* Promote continuous improvement principles across service support and quality assurance efforts.
* Manage regular projects and initiatives that enhance service capabilities and operational standards.
Your profile
* Background in service, sales or business development role, preferably in material handling industry.
* Strong understanding of customer needs for services related to capital goods, with experience in contract negotiations and SLAs.
* In-depth knowledge of logistics and automation technologies, including AGVs, AMRs, ASRS, AutoStore, etc. and their support requirements in advanced logistics.
* Solid project management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
* Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, quality assessment and driving service support initiatives.
* Holistic, cross-functional orientation with excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, external partners and senior management.
* Good presentation skills with fluency in business English.
* Structured approach to work - project management qualification is a plus.
* Ideally BSc/BA degree in business administration or industrial engineering or related field.
