Publiceringsdatum2015-05-06Dina arbetsuppgifterService Area Manager is responsible for all daily operational service management related activities. You are used to working in global processes, in an outsourced multi-vendor environment. The role includes the management of contracts and agreements and ensuring that suppliers deliver according to agreed contracts. You have budgetary responsibility, may authorize invoices and are responsible for regular reporting to customers.
Service Area Manager is responsible for continuous improvement within his/her service area. Your objective is to proactively propose improvement activities to enhance the services and/or to decrease the running costs.
• Daily service management
• Vendor management and contract management
• Service performance reporting
• Budgeting & cost follow up
• Invoice verification
• Implementation of improvement activities
• Agree and manage SLA (Service Level Agreement) & OLA (Operational Level Agreement) towards business
• Maintenance and consistency of the service structure within the service
• Responsible for Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and Minor Enhancement of Services
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You are a business-oriented person with innovative skills and show commitment and drive in your work.
You possess good analytical skills, economic awareness and the capability to acquire and process the appropriate information for decision-making.
• An academic degree or qualifications required
• At least 5 years' experience in IT Service Management and Operations
• We prefer that you come from the service sector with B2B experience
• Wide Service Management experience where you have experience form both Applications Management and IT Infrastructure
• Wide Experience in working in a multi-sourcing environment
• You understand the business drivers and priorities and what impacts them
• You have good English skills in speaking and writing
Meritorious knowledge areas are ITIL v3, SIAM (Service Integration and Management), Service Management, Vendor Management, Contract Management, CSI (Continuous Service Improvement) mindset as Lean, Kaysen or Deming.
