Your mission
In this position, your primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee various activities associated with IT delivery - including the management of infrastructure components such as networks, telecommunications, software, hardware, and servers, as well as applications and databases. You ensure an adequate IT resource supply, encompassing both internal personnel and external suppliers, and hold accountability for the successful delivery of IT services within the designated area of geography. It's your concern to uphold and monitor performance indicators to ensure the precision of IT delivery, involving services, SLAs, system operations, and IT projects. Additionally, you manage both internal and external IT suppliers for all deliveries within the corresponding area and you're expected to execute local IT projects - which may at times include complexity or specialization.
The location for this job is at Gasverket in Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from home or any other location.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a relevant university degree in IT or tech, or alternatively you have proven practical experience within the field. You're experienced in service portfolio management, and you have a well-developed and solid self-leadership that makes it easy to motivate yourself and strive forward. As we operate in a global setting you have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

You have a structured and detailed mindset, and you have what it takes to move forward and get things done. Being communicative with social skills, you show good stakeholder management and a great business acumen - along with ease of interacting and building relationships with people across the organization.
