About your job
In this position, your primary focus is to ensure that our service remains relevant and understandable. You're responsible for capturing and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements - including modeling and describing the service in the Service Portfolio, aligning it with the needs of consumers and other stakeholders.
Additionally, you play a crucial role in establishing fit-for-purpose price models, calculating prices, and implementing efficient processes for consumers to place orders and receive invoices. Your duties also encompass maintaining Service-related information and structures using applicable tools. Proactively identifying issues and opportunities, you drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the Service.
What we need from you
We're looking for someone with a degree in IT or has gained equivalent knowledge through work experience. Regardless of your background, you have a broad understanding within Service Architecture. You have practical experience in agile working methods and feel comfortable working with large companies in an international setting. As we act on a global scene, fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement.
Your personality contributes to our success! You're strategic, have clear analytical skills and an execution mindset of seeing things through, from idea to end product. This position requires excellent communication skills, you enjoy interacting with stakeholders on all levels - efficiently explaining complex tech terms in a clear way. Being a curious co-worker with a significant interest in keeping up to date with the latest technology, you're pushing us towards an even brighter technological future.
