The position
You will be a part of our team, steering and shaping the vision for Cambio as a service provider, working in close cooperation with key stakeholders such as our leadership team, internal service stakeholders and suppliers. You are also responsible for developing the roadmaps and plans for how we execute Cambio's long term vision from a service perspective. This is a creative and strategic role where the sky is the limit - how will you deliver best-in-class healthcare to the millions of Swedes using our systems?
A typical day for you may include proposing new and changed organizational service blueprints that are aligned with Cambio business strategies, market need and industry developments, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the quality and value of existing customer services. You may also be supporting projects and Service Designers through reviews of project deliverables, assuring that Service Architecture principles and standards are embedded as well as participating in pre and post sales activities relating to customer RFP's and service agreements.

About you
To be comfortable and successful in this position, we see you as being able to communicate clearly and effectively on different levels and with different groups (from developers to C-level management). Others describe you as solution-oriented, structured, and as someone who has both strong documentation and presentation skills. You enjoy understanding the big picture and how different things are connected, and how one can drive change based on this knowledge. You will be adept and comfortable multi-tasking and re-prioritizing based on business need. Lastly but most importantly, you are an empathic leader who values personal interactions and contributes to an atmosphere of cohesiveness and collaboration.
Requirements
• 10 years experience (or equivalent) working in a Service Architect role including strategic as well as service specific architecture.
• A background in the IT Managed Service Provider industry, with proven experience of the Sales to Service lifecycle gained at a senior level.
• Significant breadth of knowledge and experience in IT technology.
• Confidence to work with and present to both customers and internal colleagues on a one-to-one basis and with larger groups.
• Familiarity with the implications of organizational change and methods of enabling successful change.
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
