In your role as service agent you will be an essential part of delivering the best customer experience possible. As a part of the service team you will focus on helping customers with all their potential needs. Freska strongly believes in a swift and people oriented approach to service and aims to become the best service provider in Sweden.
What you'll do:
Handle all types of customer inquiries, mainly by phone, mail, and chat, such as order information, invoice issues, and schedule changes
Work closely with other teams at Freska, such as sales and workforce management, to ensure we deliver our services promptly
Work on projects related to improving the services that Freska offer
Deliver a best in class customer experience
Proactively work to improve the customer experience
Qualifications:
Fluent communication in Swedish and English required, other languages are meritable
Previous experience in customer service is meritable, but not required
Previous experience in home services are meritable, but not required

The position as service agent is offered at 75% to full-time depending on what suits you the best. Start date is flexible but we aim to fill the position as soon as possible.
