MultiMind is looking for a Service Account Manager for our client, a large international consumer electronics company. As a Service Account Manager you will be reponsible for monitoring and evaluating service and sales processes as well as taking the necessary measures to ensure an excellent customer experience.
This is a consultancy opportunity, starting as soon as possible until the end of November, with possible extension.

The role The Service Account Manager will focus on:
Follow-up relevant KPIs and report to Nordic Head Office
Monitor and plan service network coverage in Sweden
Follow-up on SLA 's and take necessary actions
Follow-up customer satisfaction and aim to deliver a great customer experience
Follow-up audits at service centers
Implement service routines and policies at the service centers and retailers
The profile We are looking for a driven and structured do'er and problem-solver, who enjoys working in a flexible, fast-paced and diverse environment. As a person, you are self-propelled and detail-oriented with solid administration skills. You know how to prioritize your time, and never miss a deadline. Furthermore, you enjoy working with insights and are focused on meeting targets.
Experience working with Service and After Sales, preferably from a technical support organisation
3+ years' experience from a position with similar tasks or project management or coordination
Experience from working in international companies with many stakeholders
High level of administrative experience and strong customer focus
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
