As a Service Account Manager (SAM) in Customer Services at SSI Schaefer, you will collaborate with the customers regarding operations and optimization/development of automated storage solutions on the hardware and software side. You are the company's person on the outside and ensure to build and maintain relationships with customers. Together with the customers and your colleagues, you ensure that the solutions support customer business now and in the future. You are a part of a larger team that covers the Northern Europe region.

The role mostly travels around to our customers but can with advantage be based at Coops new automated warehouse in Eskilstuna.

Responsibilities
As a Service Account Manager (SAM) in Customer Services, you will collaborate with the customers regarding operations and optimization/development of automated storage solutions on the hardware and software side. You are the company's person on the outside and ensure to build and maintain relationships with customers. Together with the customers and your colleagues, you ensure that the solutions support customer business now and in the future. You are part of a larger team that covers the Northern Europe region.
In the position of SAM, you have, among other things, responsibility for:

To ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations - i.e. that the customer receives the agreed services and in the agreed quality.
Regular meetings with relevant stakeholders at customers and internally in SSI to ensure the above. Depending on need can the frequency of meetings go from daily, weekly, monthly to half-yearly. Most often, status meetings are held on a weekly and monthly basis. The meetings takes place as a mixture of on-site and remote - depending on current needs.
The commercial responsibility for your customers. It includes i.a. approval of offers and contracts in collaboration with the rest of the organization.
Ongoing advice/sparring on services, adaptations, improvements, maintenance and service solutions that match customers' current and future needs.
To develop long-term relationships/partnerships and collaboration with customers and manage/develop the customer portfolio.
To keep informed about your customers, the market and actively share it with the other internal and external stakeholders.
Maintenance of master data in relevant systems.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role we see that you have:

A relevant technical and commercial background
Preferably training such as machinist, engineer or technician with mercantile superstructure.
You have experience with technical servicing and sales.
Experience in operation and realization of larger intralogistics systems/projects.
General knowledge of IT systems in general, preferably WMS/MFS/PLC/Visualisation and the interaction with ERP/Host systems.
Knowledge of industries such as pharma, retail, production and e-commerce.
Experience in developing customers' business through good business and process understanding.
Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce), ERP (preferably AX/365) at user level, as well as MS Office.
Fluent speaking and writing in both Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have good skills in the Nordic languages

It is a prerequisite that you can work independently (but are a team player), are serious and have a good sense of the situation. You inspire confidence and good at communicating both internally and externally. It is important that you focus on quality and work in a structured way. You possess a good one dose of humor and have a good drive as well as ambitions/wishes to learn new things and develop yourself. SSI Schaefer has a large product portfolio that continuously developed.
