The department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT is responsible to support Industrial Operations (Production & Logistics) at Scania with IT services. We are together setting the future IT landscape to support a global production system and the cooperation within the Traton Group.
The section P&L (Production & Logistics) Platforms serves as the backbone for digitalizing Production with some of our core IT deliveries. The current Senior manager will take on a new exciting assignment. Are you interested in a challenging and dynamic next leadership role? Then this is the right opportunity for you.
In your role as Senior Manager you will use your servant leadership skills to engage, develop and support all employees and group managers to be successful in their roles. While also having the courage to challenge present ways of working, encourage experimentation and proactively bring in new ideas and methods.
You work with strategies both at department and section level aligned to the overall direction for IT as well as for Industrial operations (Production & Logistics). You use an agile mindset to lead, secure our future competence needs, ensure decisions towards our target architecture and stimulate innovation both in daily business and in our Smart Factory lab.
In the daily business your section develop and deliver standardized platforms supporting Production and Logistics to reach their objectives. You strive to find the balance between speed, flexibility and standardization. As a member of the Order to Delivery IT management team you will have an important and active role contributing with your skills and personality.

We believe you have good leadership skills, experience in leading complex IT deliveries and an interest in handling both strategic and technical discussions. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters. Technical background from Automation, MES or Scada is a merit. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
