The section Workshop Process IT is responsible for Digitalizing the workshop processes including Scania Assistance.

You probably have knowledge within the fields of the commercial system and providing user-centric services. It is an advantage if you have interest or knowledge within the area of workshop.
You create the visions and lead the strategy work at the same time as you have the ability to understand the details of a challenging delivery to be able to support your organization.
You understand and are interested in the business that we are supporting with our awesome IT solutions. You are able to build a network with our business, visit and understand the reality of the users. You aim to create a customer and user centric organization where it is natural to see everything we do out of the user's perspective.
You continuously work to learn and increase your own knowledge. You understand that knowledge is crucial for our business and you create a climate where the employees can increase and nourish their knowledge continuously.
You understand that to master AI/ML technologies is a key to success in the future. You either have knowledge or intend to gain knowledge within this field.
You consider this challenge to be your dream job just now.
The recruitment will be done by a team consisting of co-workers, and group managers in the organization, as well as the head of Sales & Services IT and HR. The recruitment will be competence based and it will include solving one or more cases.
