Scania Microsoft D365 CE is supporting Sales & Marketing to enable a data driven Scania by designing and implementing a flexible and global CRM solution.
D365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, is used globally. We are a global team with both consultants and employees and we have several different nationalities working from different countries. We are working within the whole life cycle with new developments, maintenance & support, and implementations of our Scania CRM solution to new markets.
Scania are now looking for a person wanting to broaden her/his knowledge within the business area of IT and to be a core player in setting a modern agile way of working in close collaboration with business colleagues in Scania Sales & Marketing. The common objective is to globally implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE blueprint CRM solution enabling a modern software for sales business experts to increase the effectiveness and flexibility in their daily work.
Your work assignment
You will as a servant leader guide and support agile teams to maintain, develop and support the Scania CRM blueprint solutions in a federated approach enabling each market to be independent. At the same time also support a fast-track implementation for small markets. You will also participate in the operational steering by having responsibility for ensuring the teams work in an agile manner in close cooperation with Scrum Master and Product Owners for the value stream.
The future IT strategy contains a Microsoft Dynamics 365 global CRM solution where your task will be to visualize the business vision in the D365 blueprint, ensure the right competencies and to facilitate an agile way of working for your employees in the agile team together with the Scrum Master.

You will as a leader coach your employees based on Scania 's values principles and motivate them to individual performance and development while fostering a strong team culture
As a group manager for the Dynamics D365 CRM team, you will work closely with Sales & Marketing to establish a good delivery of the D365 CRM implementation program that supports business vision having a federated approach with a high level of autonomy for each market. You will also work closely with the colleagues in the nearby IT teams implementing other Microsoft D365 solutions to other parts of the Scania organization.
Your profile
Our expectation is to meet a person with passion, curiosity and determination with high level of empathy and a business-oriented mindset.
You have proven experience from coaching and leading teams in their work with continuous delivery and know how to build self-organised high performing teams.
Your stakeholder management skills are very good as you are expected to handle multiple business relations.
You 'll be developing a wide network of contacts both within and outside of Sweden, therefore you need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English
Decisive for you is to have Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge and experience and also if you have experience of leading a team with the task of creating a global blueprint in a flexible way.
To be successful in this role you will enjoy working in a global evolving, strongly dynamic environment. Problem solving, meeting tight deadlines and achieving results is as critical as strong relationship skills to continue the collaborative work between business and IT experts.
