About Mindler
Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision to enable a world with better mental health. Since then, we have focused on de-stigmatizing mental health through global campaigns which have helped thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app.

Being the leading provider within our area we aim to make an impact on how people take emotional empowerment over their own mental health.

The role:
As a SEO Specialist you will manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities on a global level. You will be responsible for all SEO activities (on-page and off-page) such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

What would you be working with?

• Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization - this also includes uploading the actual articles on our website etc.

• Performing ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.

• Keyword analysis and developing keyword strategies for new markets.

• Research and analyze competitor SEO landscape for different markets.

• Develop and implement link building strategy.

• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience within the field.

• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEM rush (or similar), etc).

• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

• Deep and broad knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

• Structured and the ability to set up a good process for each and every market while also working hands-on accordingly to the process.

• Great verbal and written communication skills in English.

It's a plus if you have:

• Written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and/or other languages.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints (not mandatory, but a big plus).

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field or Medieinstitutet/Nackademin/similar.
