Who is your future team?
The Digital Marketing & performance team is a part of the Digital Transformation & Marketing Technology team, sorting under the Corporate Marketing department. The overall mission for Digital Transformation & Marketing Technology is to drive digital transformation to enable digital marketing both in corporate marketing and regional marketing. You will be part of a tight team of editors, digital marketers, project managers, and technology owners. We challenge each other and help each other to navigate in our digital landscape.

As our SEO/SEM specialist, you will be responsible for executing the marketing campaign's structure. You will support our sites using analytics insights and best practices to deliver sustainable ranking increases and improved user experience across all devices. Ongoing communication and engagement efforts across the spectrum of the customer life cycle in PPC campaigns.
* Maintain full ownership of the SEO strategy on/off-site.
* Hands-on optimization including execution and optimization of PPC campaigns on a variety of advertising platforms, mainly Google Ads and supporting tools such as SEMrush, etc.
* Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
* Research SEO/SEM key phrases to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
* Track and report on the main KPIs to key AXIS stakeholders such as the head of marketing and performance marketing manager.
* Work with Marketing Analytics Specialist and Systems Specialist to report on quantitative and qualitative information from a variety of systems and resources for a consolidated, holistic view of your audience by campaign, lifecycle, and/or initiative.
* Work with Marketing Analytics Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient tracking and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Work with content coordinators, creative services, designers, and marketing departments globally to ensure that emails and landing pages have relevant and engaging content while adhering to brand standards.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
This position requires an individual who is a self-starter, collaborative, and results-oriented to lead the creation and execution of SEO strategies and SEM campaigns. Requires an experienced professional who is able to work within cross-functional teams to deliver different sets of KPIs and campaigns that drive results. Welcome to join our fun, creative digital marketing team. Comfortable with building and enhancing the search engine visibility for AXIS. To succeed in this position you are used to working with a large variety of stakeholders in a global company.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Have at least +4 years of SEO experience and an understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
* Being comfortable with analyzing high volumes of data daily is a requirement.
* You are detail-oriented and have strong verbal communication skills.
* At least +4 years' experience in a search marketing role with a proven track record in PPC, both hands-on operational level experience as well as strategic planning.
* Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization
* Inspired to perform without outside help
