Are you passionate about e-commerce, driving sales and SEO? Do you want to be part of taking H&M into the future? We are looking to recruit 3 SEO Responsible to join the H&M Business Units E-commerce teams on our digital journey!

Job Description
About the role:
We are on a journey together which means there is not one clear path. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future way of working with SEO. Looking at the 3 pillars for SEO; technology, authority and relevant content, your main responsibility lies within relevant content. Your goal is to identify and unleash the business potential via SEO in this area. You will collaborate with your colleagues within the other pillars of SEO as well as the business to achieve your goals.
To reach your goals we believe you are result and action oriented. That you have a strategic mindset and a problem-solving attitude. Being a team player comes natural to you. You have strong communication skills and can easily get other people onboard. You thrive in a complex and changing environment always staying curious on what is yet to come.
Key Responsibilities:
For your Business Unit, set the foundation for our future way of working to increase relevance in our content. This may relate to content, title tags & meta descriptions, headlines, content structure, readability, topical focus, etc.
Secure Business Unit product & page structures are SEO optimized and resilient
Drive incremental revenue, through securing a SEO mindset in attribution and page production with speed
Secure quality and consistency throughout pages and products for the Business Unit
Drive goals forward and take action to optimize the relevance in content on a global scale.
Share insights on opportunities to strengthen our product enrichment on the product digitalization journey.
Follow-up on results and share progress with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to reach the company goals for traffic through search engines.

Qualifications
We Believe that you as a successful Business Unit SEO Responsible have:
A degree in business, digital media, e-commerce, online marketing or similar, or documented equivalent practical experience.
Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working cross-functionally with SEO and are passionate about adding customer value throughout the value chain.
Have deep SEO knowledge with thorough experience from, and insight in e-commerce.
Experience form Google Analytics and other SEO tools i.e. Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio.
Are fluent in English, written and spoken. Swedish is not necessary.

Are You ready to join?
This is a full-time position. You will become part of one of the 3 business units and report to the respective Business Unit Head of E-Commerce with a dotted line to the Head of SEO. Location: H&M Stockholm Head Office, Sweden. Interviews will be held on a continued basis. Submit your CV and short letter of motivation in English as soon as possible, at the latest by 30th Nov.
