The role as Sensory & Flavour Executive is a key role within the sensory team and the focus is to provide support for smokeless product development projects.
You will assist the flavour team with development projects and maintain organization of the sensory/flavour lab.
You will also under direction of the sensory & flavour manager lead the smokeless flavour evaluation program.
Here 's what a Sensory & Flavour Executive can expect in the day-to-day:
* Maintaining operation of multiple sensory panels; please note that sensory panels are held Monday to Thursday early evenings thus the candidate is required to run these sessions.
* Assisting the flavour team with development projects and maintaining organization of the sensory/flavour lab
* Under direction of the sensory & flavour manager, leading the smokeless flavour evaluation program
This is a consultant assignment starting as soon as possible.

About you
We are looking for someone with project management skills. If you have a science degree in the field of food science, a Bachelor of Science, or work experience from similar area it 's a big plus. To succeed in this role, you can analyze, interpret, and communicate data with guidance from sensory leadership.
Qualities we 're looking for in this role:
* Fluent in English and Swedish
* Experience working in a sensory and/or as an assistant in a flavour lab
* Ability to identify and communicate process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of testing
* Maintain relationships with internal and external contacts to provide high quality customer service
* Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
