hela Sverige Senior Web Developer/System Architect
Phone House is looking for a highly skilled Web Developer/System Architect to join us in our headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden. The purpose of the role is two-fold:
Act as solution architect for our E-Commerce platform and internal web systems
Manage development team and govern the requirements process
This role best suit an individual who thrives under pressure, is well organized, pragmatic and a lateral thinker who can engage with stakeholders of various levels.
Main responsibilities:
Defining and prioritizing business requirements and ensuring they are delivered through our user journeys, detailed wireframes, functional specifications, design and into development
Working as part of a high profile project, you will need to work across multiple IT and customer work streams to ensure a consistent approach, open communications and that the dependencies of and for your work streams are delivered. You will need to be able to influence others to achieve results
Acting as a subject matter expert on the user experience of key aspects of new site. You will be expected to be the ‘voice of the customer’ at all times
As the ‘Customer Lead’ on a number of work streams you will be required to input into project management activities such status reports, risks and issues logs and update meetings
Supporting and undertaking user acceptance testing
Establish and maintain a process of departmental documentation and change control
Provide weekly status updates
People Management:
Local coordination with business stakeholders, ITand BCF teams to ensure the business requirements are captured and delivered. The role may evolve into also managing inhouse developers and external consultants.
Financial Management:
Work with Web Manager to deliver agreed budget
Help ensure that all web projects deliver a positive ROI
Knowledge/Skills:
Essential:
Experience with .net development in C# (minimum 3 years)
Working knowledge of SQL in general and SQL Server in particular
Working knowledge in IIS
Experience with version control, automated builds and continuous integration
Experience in relevant web technology such as HTTP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Able to plan own and teams work and take responsibility for deliveries
Team player with good social skills
Identifying goals and objectives and motivating and leading others towards their achievement
Management skills; organization, planning and delegating effectively
Attracting, leading, developing and retaining key team members
Analytical and problem solving abilities
Customer service orientated
A proven track record in achieving challenging targets whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance for employees.
Driven and results oriented
Desirable:
Experience in developing on Wipcores eNova platform
Experience in asp 3, php, pearl, java
Knowledge on installing and maintain LAMP servers
Knowledge in developing on CM-systems
Knowledge and experience in developing e-commerse solutions with 3rd party integrations
Qualifications:
Essential:
Master of Science
Minimum 5 years working experience within development
Microsoft certification on .net development
Highly IT literate
Desirable:
Qualifications / education in Business related web development
MS certifications or other development certifications
Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing
