We are currently looking for a senior web developer with .NET experience for our Poker Applications Development department. Our teams at the office in central Stockholm are responsible for developing the functionality and applications our end users see and use on our web. Development in the group spans from java applications, through a .NET layer and all the way to the presentation layer on the web. As part of our team, you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in a fast growing market for online gaming and live betting. Your place at the table
As a senior web developer you will focus on both the presentation layer and the business layer of our products, taking part in everything from analysis and design, through implementation, testing and release. You will take part in discussions with our Product Managers, contribute to our architecture and solutions and also mentor and support less experienced developers. As a developer with bwin you will work in a creative environment with highly skilled and motivated colleagues. We work according to the SCRUM methodology in small teams that are responsible for features throughout the process in design, coding and testing.
Your gaming skills and experience
To play with us, you need to have at least four years experience from working with development in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Blueprint and jQuery.
The more experienced you are with ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC, the better. If you have experience with using REST-ful web APIs it is a plus. Any knowledge and experience with IoC (with an emphasis on dependency injection) and Domain Driven Development, Unit testing is also to your advantage. Preferably you have experience from working with content management systems, such as Sitecore, and multi lingual solutions.
You probably have at least four years of significant working experience. A formal education like a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science is preferable. What matters most, however, is that you have the right experience. At least one reference site would be appreciated.
