We are looking for an analytical and proactive person to join our Advanced Analytics and AI team. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
You will be part of a team consist of Data Scientists, Senior Analysts and Web Analysts that drive data-driven personalization. In this team you will be the Senior Web Analyst that contribute on technical strategy, complex project execution, and guide and coach other web analysts to excel their technical knowledge. We follow agile methodology and way of work. So, while you are part of Advanced Analytics& AI team (Chapter), in your day to day work you belong to a cross functional team (squad) which consist of multiple subject experts working on specific business problem. You will also:
* Define the performance metrics (KPIs) for digital properties and setting up dashboards
* Drive adoption plan of web analytics into the business organization. Set up knowledge sharing plan with business users to make them data driven
* Ensure web analytics data quality by defining processes from requirement gathering to development and quality assurance.
* Collaborate with web development and data layer architect on validating web analytics data collection
* Define and drive quality assurance checks and data validation
* Provide Telenor insights and improve the customer experience based on data analysis
* Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and identify ways to streamline and improve Telenor's web analytics implementation
* Help identify digital experience improvement needs by using customer, web, and industry data.
Who are you
You will be accountable to deliver on the abovementioned tasks with high level of autonomy. We believe below experience will help you to break through complexity and thrive.
* Extensive working and implementation knowledge in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
* Proficient experience in tag management systems (GTM, Launch, Tealium)
* Strong skills and experience in HTML, SQL, XML and Javascript
* Experience using data visualization platforms such as Qlik, Tableau& etc.
* Familiarity with integrating data into BI and Analytics tools
* Fundamental statistical knowledge such as regression, A/B test and etc.
* Self-starting, ability to learn independently and prioritize workload demands
* Extensive years of experience on the enterprise level
