We offer a wide range of assignments and therefore the possibilities are many. However, there is a common focus for all our missions, and that is that your opinion matters. Since we want to help you find an assignment that matches your goals and qualifications, the tasks may vary, but below is a selection of what your working day can offer.
• Perform user research analysis on user behavior and feedback to our customers.
• Implement design activities and artefacts for product and service to create desirable experiences for the user.
Your background
• You have a degree in the UI/UX field or equivalent education.
• You have experience of working with new developments in a product landscape with high demands on stability.
• You have experience working with global stakeholders, both in business and the IT industry to build trust-based relationships and open communication.
• You are motivated by working together in teams and believe that a permissive climate with a feedback culture develops both you and your colleagues for the better.
• You have experience in creating agile development methods to facilitate collaboration between teams and management.
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
