Who you are

You have extensive experience in gathering and analyzing user insights to well rounded hypotheses. Working iteratively comes naturally to you, and you have a deep understanding of the synergies between UX, interaction and visual design.
You have a user-focused design mentality meaning that you actively seek user and stakeholder feedback to adapt and develop your design decisions. Above all, you're eager to learn, test and experiment, and not afraid to fail.
What you'll do
Qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
Prototyping and wireframing
Concepting, testing, feedback and iteration
Identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and product offering.
Collaborating with marketing, sales and customer success on improving the user experience
The team
You will be part of the Growth team at Oneflow and you'll be working with optimization and experimentation along the user journey. We are a multidisciplinary and dynamic team who loves challenges and solving complex problems together. We run experiments to move from friction to flow in order to onboard, engage and provide value to our users. You will be working closely with all team members which currently consist of one UX designer, two frontend developers, one backend developer, and a Growth Strategist.
Skills and requirements
A proven background in designing complex consumer/business-facing digital products and experiences
Great at performing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research
Knowledgeable in leveraging user journey maps, personas, mental models, design sprints, ideation workshops
Good knowledge of Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
Skills to create low and high-fidelity prototypes, annotated wireframes, and/or clickable prototypes
