Description
The client is looking for a senior and highly seasoned UX Design and people leader to join them on a 1 year assignment to lead the UX Design team. The organizations mobile apps and in store digital experiences.
Work tasks:
• This leader will drive customer experience vision and quality across the domain
• Set direction and lead the UX design leadership team
• Build design culture in the team
• Build hire and scale the team
• Partner and collaborate with product management
• Engineering and data and analytics peers.

• People leadership
• UX design leadership
• E-commerce leadership

• Scaling teams
