Who you are isn?t as important as what you bring into our mix. Your experience, vision and personality needs to be a fit. We?re a bunch of nerds, are you? Does your left and right brain work tightly together? Do you get the frenzy out of challenging current UX norms and standards but at the same time you just can?t stop lecturing people about those small tiny, but yet so important, details?
In your role as a Senior UX Lead you will work tightly with our Spanish teams in Barcelona as well as the teams here in Stockholm. On a daily basis you will create and refine UX concepts, set design direction, lead creative workshops be a link between developers and designers. But also make sure all the details are in place so we deliver a high end polished product.
You will do research, create wireframes, prototypes, initiate user testing (hallway & organized) and establish insights from the UX design process.
Requirements:
Develop, manage and improve interaction design process across web and mobile devices.
Lead and conduct requirements gathering, analysis, competitive research, and usability testing.
Create wireframes, storyboards and other visual communications to quickly and effectively design, iterate and build consensus on platform changes before going into production.
Design for optimal multi-platform, mobile and web, target user experience and funnel optimization.
Translate wireframes into production ready Photoshop/Sketch files.
Create, communicate and deliver a strong and consistent visual style.
Work with chief product owner and data scientist to analyze data, do A/B testing and optimize user flow and KPIs
Requirements:
• Extensive experience working at a digital agency, creating ux and design solutions.
• Interest in brand identities, brand strategy and communication.
• Ability to work independently and within a group.
• Great people & presentation skills.
• Pride and responsibility for the final finish of both digital and printed products.
An interest in new technologies, services and how they affect life and business.
• A curious nature.
• Studies within Psychology
