Cint develops B2B tools for the Market Research industry. We put high value on releasing tools that are intuitive both for B2B clients and end users since conversion is key for our business. Overall responsibility
You will take a strong part in the planning of releases together with our product owners, as well as implementing the design together with the development team. You have a good knowledge of standards in UI development such as HTML 5, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS3, Flash, CSS and as well as web development frameworks as JQuery, Dojo, Prototype and script.aculo. You have strong communication skills and can work independently in different areas of the production.
Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with different parts of the organization to achieve high quality user experience in our applications
• Transform information from multiple sources such as product requirements, tech constraints, UX research and web analytics and develop efficient user scenarios, navigation design pattern etc.
• Create and present UX deliverables: wireframes, workflows, prototypes to explain and negotiate design solutions to key stakeholders
• Define UX performance metrics for the applications
• Define, request and incorporate relevant and recent UX research to support design decisions
• Execute the design with our developers in ongoing releases.
Experience/Skills Required
• 5-7 years in a leading position developing UX
• Extensive knowledge of usability methods
• Excellent presentation skills
• Desire to achieve innovation
• High social skills with a large portion of collaborative abilities
• HTML 5, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS3, Flash, CSS and as well as web development frameworks as JQuery, Dojo, Prototype and script.aculo
