About the Role
You will help shape seamless interaction experiences across digital and physical touchpoints in an automotive design environment. In this role, you work closely with designers from multiple disciplines to create cohesive user experiences throughout the vehicle ecosystem.
You will contribute across the full design process, from evolving design systems and component libraries to designing interfaces, iconography, layouts, and interactive prototypes for current and future in-car products. The role suits you if you enjoy moving between fast concept work and production-ready design, with a strong eye for both usability and visual detail.

Job DescriptionYou create and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
You design interfaces and interaction flows for current and upcoming in-car experiences.
You turn complex functional needs into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
You produce quick mock-ups to explore ideas and high-fidelity prototypes to refine and communicate solutions.
You create iconography, layouts, and detailed visual assets that support a consistent user experience.
You deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs and help secure design quality through development.
You collaborate closely with designers, researchers, engineers, strategists, and product managers throughout the design process.
You present and communicate your design ideas clearly to both team members and stakeholders.
RequirementsYou have strong experience designing digital user interfaces.
You have experience creating and maintaining design systems and specifications for implementation.
You have a strong ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for digital touchpoints.
You have good knowledge of defining user tests for digital interfaces.
You have good knowledge of creating detailed UI animations.
You have strong skills in creating icons and other visual interface elements.
You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams across the full design process.
You are comfortable leading within design and contributing with a high level of ownership.
You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
You hold a driver's license.
Nice to haveExperience in motion design.
Experience with 3D visuals.
Experience in interaction design.
Experience in high-fidelity prototyping.
Experience with Blender.
