SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Stockholm
Our client is a world-leading group of language management companies that supply translation, interpreting and language technology services to a wide range of industries ranging from major consumer products, international large technology brands to public-sector bodies. The company was founded 30 years ago and are enjoying a fantastic development with a growth rate of 40 % in the past years. With offices on all major markets, they are now looking to expand their European Sales team with a Senior Business Development Manager to be based in Stockholm and cover both Sweden and Denmark
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate new opportunities and strategically set out strategies to grow existing accounts in partnership with the account management teams
• Increase, develop and diversify the client base in accordance with the company?s technical development program and business plan
• Liaise with all the appropriate departments in relation to major accounts and direct them as appropriate
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure annual targets are achieved
• Assist with any RFP/Tender/Proposal
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in selling complex, multilayered solutions to blue chip organisations at Director/board level
• Showing evidence of closing large deals (ideally exceeding £1 million per annum)
• Experience in selling software localisation and/or translation services (desired)
• Results oriented, self-motivated and socially confident as a person
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
