We are now looking for a senior Tester with leadership skills for our business area Store Tools. As a senior Tester you work as a dedicated test resource within several projects where you plan test, review requirements, write test cases, execute tests and follow up and report progress and results in accordance with our Test strategy. You will also plan and lead our business during acceptance tests and participate in the test process improvement within the business area.
To be successful we believe you have a couple of years relevant experience and good understanding of QA work. You are used to test lead yourself during tests. You have good communication skills and are good at critical thinking. We mainly work with solutions that are procured from a vendor as a service, therefore it is important that have good insight into service management and vendor relations.
Store Tools is an area within H&M IT that has expanded rapidly during 2015 and 2016. Store Tools are responsible for all in store IT excluding point of sales and payment, for H&M and all our brands worldwide. The main service areas are inspirational media, store collaboration, consumer behavior, loss prevention and mobile devices.

Your responsibilities
The job as a senior tester at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Main tasks:
• Test planning; plan acceptance tests in accordance with current test strategy
• Requirement review; review and give input on requirement documentation from a test perspective
• Test design; write test cases based on requirements
• Test execution; manual test execution in production like environment
• Test reporting; report progress continuously and summarize results in test report. Includes defect management in ServiceNow.
• Test lead and guide business during acceptance tests
• Communicate and interact with project members, surrounding departments and external suppliers
• Constantly improve way of working both internally and cross functional in order to secure a better delivery

• Solid experience as a tester and test leader
• Experience of working with services and vendors
• Experience of acceptance tests with both end user and business perspective
• Analytical and able to easily understand problem scenarios and identify appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
It is an extra plus if you have the ISTQB on foundation level or higher.
