Influit are recruiting Senior Test Manager who will be responsible for the performance test deliveries to large customers. You also get the opportunity to act trusted advisor toward its customers and to drive the improvement of delivery methods and services. Are you ready for this challenge in an expansive company?
The position
The position as a Senior Test Manager includes responsibility for performance test deliveries to customers and ensuring that the requirements and test strategies correspond to the expected results. Further to independently lead and manage planning, implementation and monitoring of customer projects in load test with high demands on quality. You also get the ability to act trusted advisor toward its customers and improve delivery methodology and services in testing. The position provides insight into the exciting technology and the work is varied.

The company was founded in 2005 in Sweden and is the industry leader in its segment with state-of-art services to analyze and test business-critical web applications both in Sweden and the USA. They are in an expansion phase and their clients include Activision, NFL, Salesforce, SF and Teracom. The company has offices in Los Angeles, New York, London and Stockholm, more exactly Kungsholmen with a total of 50 employees were 25 work in Stockholm. They are divided into Professional Services, Operations, Support and R & D in a flat organization. The work climate is characterized by a young, fun and agile team with high technical expertise.

Profile
You have a degree in computing or similar and profound experience as test manager and consultant, preferably with a background from software development. Furthermore, you have experience in IT infrastructure, web applications, and gladly certification in ISTQB Foundation. As a person, you see the big picture, is customer focused, self-driven, communicative and structured. Experience in performance testing is a merit. You are fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written.
