Are you a Senior Test Manager, interested in working with the latest technology and tools? Are you interested in managing high speed delivery teams with Test Specialists from across the world? Your role
As a Senior Test Manager, you will leverage all the latest technologies and tools, and manage high speed delivery teams with Test Specialists from across the world. You will be assigned to exciting projects with our different clients from various industries.
Being a Senior Test Manager involves managing the whole test chain and a team of 50+ resources. Your task also includes responsibility for budget and planning in cooperation with Capgemini. Being a leader you will be responsible for coaching your team through the process and making sure you deliver according to plan. It includes communication with different competencies, management levels and the client. You will also have an ongoing dialog and support from your Manager from Capgemini.

Requirements
To be qualified for this position it 's essential that you have:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Test Manager role
• A couple of years' experience from the IT industry, preferable in the area of IT Quality Management.
• Degree-level education in IT (or equivalent)
• Understanding of Software Development, SAFe, Agile and Waterfall
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Communicative, flexible, and strong leadership skills
Candidates who want to stand out would also be able to show us:
• Tmap and ISTQB certifications (or equivalent)
• TPI and PointZERO trainings
• Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
