Group Function I& T Development
Successful candidate would join the Information & Technologie Development unit within FinDOS which leads NCC's strategy development projects and major change programs. Within the Development & Operations part of the unit (DOS), we are 140+ employees. DOS is NCC's development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization working together closely under one common management, guided by our values and Star Behaviors. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCC 's business areas, and therefore we are currently transforming FinDOS to an Agile mindset and way of working in Agile teams.
The role as Senior Test Manager
Test management covers both operational, tactical and strategic tasks. Project test management is considered to be operational, and engagement in further development of NCC test framework is classified as tactical. As the Test Manager within the development projects, you will be responsible for planning, managing, directing, and coordinating the test activities for the IT project. You will also have a key role in our vendors test deliverables, and you will report to the IT Project Manager for the project. If you have experience in planning and executing large-scale applications, cross countries and organizations testing with external vendors as the solution provider, and you enjoy being at the interface between business needs and IT suppliers, you might be the right person for the position.
Project assignments (Operational):
• Have the overall responsibility for the project delivery (quality and standards)
• Be responsible for the projects test strategy and process
• Prepare and govern the UAT planning and reporting for product releases
• Be involved in customer and solution provider contacts
• Review the requirements and support the business.
To succeed in this position, we believe that you are a senior test manager with an excellent knowledge of test process, test strategy and requirement management.
Strategical/Tactical assignments:
High degree of engagement and involvement in continuous improvement and adapting the best practices to our framework and way of working is an obvious expectation of everyone in the test team, i.e., update and maintain QA processes, practices, procedures and work proactively for improving all aspects of quality.
Your profile
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related test management work experience
• ISTQB Foundation Qualified
• Experience and strong working knowledge of the Testing Lifecycle and testing process
• Passion for testing and advanced testing as an engineering discipline
• The ability to work independently and in small teams
• Partner effectively cross-group, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently
• Strong spirit of innovation, self-starter, independent, and with ability to come up with comprehensive test cases
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Ability to work effectively and toprioritizeown and team workload
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teamwork
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability
• Extremely detail and technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills (speaking and writing)
• Extrovert & orderly personality with good networking capabilities
• Critical problem solver
• Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, curious, accountable, and flexible
• Knowledge of integration between applications and external systems
• Fluent, professional English (speaking and writing),as well as one of the Nordic languages
• Knowledge in System Integration Testing and non-functional requirement testing is an advantage
• Extensive experience in facilitating and managing User Acceptance Tests in a professional manner.

Additional information
This position will be located in Stockholm, Sweden. The position may require some travelling within the Nordic countries, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
