Job description:
We are looking for Test Engineers for our projects at Volvo Group Telematics. You will among many other tasks lead the test work and test in our projects.
The role means that you understand customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals in a holistic view. You will work with test in our projects - planning and executing tests. Depending on your profile you will also be working with requirements analysis and/or automated testing.
Qualifications:
We are now looking for you that have documented experience in testing and Test management and that have experience from structured functional development. Your knowledge in automated testing is deep and you also have experience from working with High Availability design and complex systems.
As a person you are analytic, driven and innovative. You should have a strong customer focus and you are service minded. You enjoy teamwork but you can also work independently and take initiative. You are noble in problem analysis and you also have the ability to grasp complex contexts.
The general qualifications are that you have an adequate academic qualification and that you are a communicative team-player. You have to have the ability establish and maintain good relations and also have the ability to work in global, multi-cultural organization. You are proactive and have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve your knowledge. You are a good communicator and have deep presentations skills. You also have to be proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
