We want to know more and need another Senior Test Data Manager to support!
You will join a global team within Complete Vehicle Sweden that has the responsibility secure an efficient end-to-end flow for Test Data Management and prepare the data for numerous purposes. Simply turn data into knowledge.
As a Test Data Manager, your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will contribute to solving some complex challenges in the areas of test data and knowledge building. You will be actively finding new ways to under our customers' usage and their expectations in their vehicles.
Core Responsibilities
As a senior test data manager you will be responsible for all steps of the test data management process, from data & business value exploration, data structuring, modeling, problem solving and recommendation.
You will develop & implement methodologies to assist feature leaders and test engineers in setting the right requirements and improving test data management.
You will contribute with technical insight to the strategy & roadmap for the test data management area.
Contribute to process & organizational development in all processes where our test related data are used.
Collaborate with IT developers and architects to develop great solutions for the end-end flow of data.
Secure a good end-to-end Information architecture and a good user experience when using the tools.
Required Competencies
Strength in communication to understand customer needs, to inform and share possible solutions.
Knowledge in developing data process models to describe and evaluate vehicle usage in automotive applications.
Creativity & Innovation: Reframe traditional patterns of thinking and apply new and evolving ideas, methods, designs and technologies. You are able to identify new opportunities and convince peers, managers and cross-functional internal stakeholders to test out new approaches.
Attention to Detail: Monitoring adherence to standards and actively checking for accuracy of data delivered.
Education Detail
Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent is minimum required
Experience, Skills, and Training Details
We believe you have a sharp analytic & logical mindset and great problem solving skills.
You have the ability to effectively translate business problems into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with customers, engineering colleagues as well as senior management.
You are a team player, with good listening skills and empathy.
Desire and self-confidence to set a clear course for the future.
Experienced in vehicle measurement data and meta data sources/providers.
