Role Summary/Purpose
Qualification Services Project Office having a major role in selling qualification offering with FlexFacory, CBS and standard IQOQ, RQ, CCP. Within this business, the critical role is to take responsibly and lead Qualification into a solid state and add regulatory expertise within templates used for all Qualification offerings.

Essential Responsibilities
Conducts technical writing (e.g., ability to chunk & organize complex material at doc set level, advanced use of tables and bulleted lists, procedures writing) as well as responsible for the designing, implementing, and sharing audience profile and needs analyses.

Provides input into the design of the user interface, in terms of consistency and usability.
Is an active member of the GE Healthcare technical writer community, in terms of sharing knowledge, striving for a one-company look & feel, complying with and helping to maintain writing standards and templates, and troubleshooting writing and tools issues for other technical writers.
Keeps up with technical writing industry trends, tools, and knowledge.
Focuses on researching, designing, writing, building, editing, producing, and testing documentation sets that transfer knowledge to internal and
external users.
May also design and implement audience and needs analyses, usability assessment of product and documentation, and content analyses.

Work in three areas that often overlap the below:
Functional (end-user documentation of product functionality)
Process (internal and end-user documentation of system or suite level installation, upgrade, maintenance, and editing information and processes),
Programming (internal and end-user documentation of system or suite level installation, upgrade, maintenance, and editing information and processes,
and Programming (internal and end-user documentation of programming languages, programming utilities, and other technical areas).

Qualifications/Requirements

BA/BS degree and several years of relevant experience Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives Exceptional interpersonal skills
Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Insure timely dispatch closure.
Insure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI's) within prescribed time frame. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.

Ability to multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously.
