We are looking for a full-time Senior Technology Service Lead to join our CDW Tech Application Management Team within Service Domain Common Data Warehouse to fully undertake responsibility for an application portfolio from maintenance and operations perspective.

About our team
Meet the CDW Tech Application Management team. Our role is to manage Common Data Warehouse as a trusted partner to our stakeholders.
Main responsibilities in this role:
Drive application lifecycle management, application portfolio rationalization, application capacity, configuration and performance management
Ensure running of the application portfolio according to agreed budgets, KPIs and service level agreements including management of managed services contracts
Initiate and drive cost optimization of technology total cost of ownership for own application portfolio
Ensure needed improvements are prioritized in the DevOps backlogs
Ensure continuous alignment with Technology Organization strategy (workforce, partnerships, standards) as well as with common frameworks and standards
Independently drive mitigating actions for all technical risks, compliance and audit matters within own application portfolio
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you understand how technology can make a meaningful impact, love solving challenges hands-on and to inspire people to work together, focus on delivery and compliancy.
Your background and skills include:
3+ years working in operations and maintenance roles
Good Familiarity with ITIL processes
Good stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of application management guidelines
Fluent in written and spoken English
It would be ideal if you also have:
Snowflake platform knowledge
Mainframe knowledge
