Job description
As a Senior Technologist in the Cell Integration group, you will focus on process development and process transfer to manufacturing. The work requires technical planning, significant lab work and interaction with our manufacturing partners.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following typical profile:
• Senior process experience 10+ years from industry
• Manufacturing and/or advanced process development:
• LCD
• Thin Film PV
• Semi
• Transparent conductors (e.g. AZO, BZO, ITO?)
• Soft materials for electronics & display (adhesives, polymers, inorganic)
• R&D to manufacturing transfer
• Chinese & English language skills
You will be a technical contributor and are expected to participate in and conduct hands-on experimental work as well as lead or participate in foundry or co-development projects. You need to be adaptable and able to work on projects independently as well as in a larger team. The position is initially primarily in Lund, Sweden with some travel. Beyond the first year, it may be required to spend longer times or be in residence at the sites of our development and manufacturing partners in Asia.
