Job description
As a Senior Technical Solution Manager you will be working at MPReading's Nordic Customer Solution Department and will be responsible for developing and maintaining end to end technical solutions. The job requires tight connection and cooperation with our R&D partner based in Shenzhen China. You will be presenting our solution to potential customers in the Nordic and European market, providing a technical consulting service to partners and customers, identifying and developing new sales opportunities throughout the whole Nordic/European region.You'll have the following responsibilities:
• Work with sales and marketing team to create and develop end to end solutions for potential customers to utilise our unique technique which bridging the printed paper world with modern Multimedia world.
• Working closely with R&D partner which is based in Shenzhen China and get Nordic specific requirements into roadmap and arrange all necessary customization to work with delivery from R&D.
• Act as Solution Manager in account our team, analyze potential business model, identify potential customer and address the challenges they are facing and find out the technical solution that will help them.
• Provide technical consulting service to customer in pre-sales phase and help to develop new opportunities for company's products.
• Develop processes within provisioning, security and logistics.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we're seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of publishing industry regular and rules in China and Europe, a broad connection network with publishers in China is required.
• Deep knowledge of Information technology, especially Automatic identification and data capture techniques.
• Deep knowledge of database/storage technology and application.
• Good knowledge of international goods delivery import/export regular and can handle necessary delivery.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a diversified, cross cultured organization.
• Self-starter, be ready to grow with the team. Leadership and independence working method is highly required.
• Good business acumen, be able to understand customers business drives, needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• First class presentation and communication skills. Comfortable to presentation to different level of customers.
• Fluent in both verbal and written Mandarin Read and write level in English.
• The applicant should be prepared for travel up to 50% of time within Nordic and also to Asia.
Education
Master of Science or equal.
Previous experience
At least five years working in related area of Multimedia and Publishing industry.
