We are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Software Project Manager to join our team in Lund.

As the Senior Technical Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire software development project lifecycle from planning to delivery while ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
In this role you will lead a diverse and international team. Our customers are located anywhere in the world, and this means you will work in a global context. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have great impact the continuous success of Combain.
As a Senior SW Project Leader in our team, you will be part of driving our technology road map and planning ahead, which spans from active contribution and planning related to our SW architecture, to breaking down features into SW tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
In the role as Senior Technical Software Project Manager you will;
Develop and manage project plans that outline the scope of the project, timeline, resources, and deliverables
Take part in and contribute in the SW architecture discussions and based on that provide planning
Technical support in customer discussions
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
Provide technical guidance to team members when needed
Assign project tasks to team members, manage their workload, and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their work
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to provide project status updates, discuss issues, and address concerns
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that they are delivered on time and within budget
Manage project budgets and ensure that expenditures are within the approved budget
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes
About you...

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering and software development methodologies, as well as exceptional project management skills. Further we are looking for someone who:
has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
has significant relevant work experience, in software development and SW project management, preferably within the IoT domain
has the ability to define and manage priorities within deadlines.
experience from managing both in-house and remote teams
has very good people management skills, able to coach & develop team members.
has excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information in a way that is easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders
has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
Since we are an international team in a global context, fluency in English, spoken as well as written is a must. If you have a Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.), this is a plus
