We are looking for Senior Technical Specialist with the below expertise:
Experience working with Microsoft Azure on an IaaS and PaaS level
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. networks, firewalls, load balancers, virtual machines)
Experience working with Azure administration and security (e.g. Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender and Azure Policy)
Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g. Powershell, Bash, Python)
Experience with Azure DevOps and infrastructure as code (e.g. ARM, Bicep or Terraform)
Manage various functions of Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) and IT Outsourcing Business including Technical Support, Transition, Delivery and Operations (L1, L2, and L3).
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the Customer
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project dynamics
End to end service delivery management to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met
Identify KPI metrics, measure and provide quarterly reports and updates to stake holders, work with steering committee to identify, implement and overcome ongoing delivery issues and ensure smooth delivery
Develop a lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties by continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Hold regular status meetings with project team and effectively communicate relevant project status updates to minimize exposure and risk on project
