We're looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer for the UK market, with a strong technical background and a proven track record in selling capital goods. If you excel at building enduring customer relationships and have the technical expertise to back it up, we want to hear from you!
YOU WILL
In your role as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at CIDAN Machinery, your contributions will be essential to our company's growth and success. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:
Finding New Customers: You'll actively seek out and engage with potential new customers, expanding our client base to reach new horizons.
Visiting Existing Customers: Maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers is a top priority. Regular visits will help you understand their evolving needs and provide them with ongoing support.
Travels: Be prepared for frequent travel. Most of your working time will be spent in the field, meeting with customers, which may sometimes require overnight stays.
Collaborating with Marketing: You'll work closely with our marketing department, contributing ideas and proposals for marketing activities that enhance our brand presence and reach.
Participating in Fairs and Events: Represent CIDAN Machinery at industry fairs and events, and even take the lead in organizing these events twice a year. This is a great opportunity to showcase our products and engage with potential clients.
YOU ARE
To excel in the role of Senior Technical Sales Engineer at CIDAN Machinery, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field serves as the foundation for this role.
Senior-Level Experience: You should have at least 5 years of senior-level experience in technical sales, with a proven track record of successfully selling capital goods. Your experience will be key in driving our sales efforts.
Technical Proficiency: A strong technical knowledge base and aptitude are essential. You'll be expected to engage with customers on a technical level and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. Your ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner is paramount.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships is highly valued. Your capacity to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions will be instrumental in our success.
