On behalf of our customer we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring top talent within the data science and analytics domain to join a team at one of the biggest international companies in Sweden. This is a keyrole in supporting the vision of the company by sourcing and engaging with the brightest minds in data science, data engineering, and analytics. They company are looking for talented individuals from around the globe to join them on an ambitious journey. The Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to finding the best talents, prioritizing an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring the highest quality in every hire through a competence-based interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner effectively with senior-level stakeholders across various domains.
Drive and execute on the Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with business goals.
Lead senior-level searches and hold full accountability for performance and results.
Build, maintain, and own extensive global Talent Acquisition projects.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members within the Talent Acquisition organization.
Participate in and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects.
Collaborate with People Experience Partners & Finance teams to improve operational effectiveness.
Work closely with business leaders to identify challenges and provide strategic solutions.
Take on Talent Acquisition Lead responsibilities as needed.

Your Profile:
Extensive experience in technical recruitment, specifically within data science and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level searches and build talent pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with data professionals.
Experience in leading global Talent Acquisition projects.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
