Position Level - 4
PM SMT starts from PCI-gate, according to DVP, with prerequisites and breakdown of targets into requirements and concepts in the early phases - to the later project phases with planning, development and deliveries. Set the project organization based on deliveries defined and resources assigned from line organization.
PM SMT QJ is involved in all the QJs and process set by QSG from the assign team phase (2D) to the market prepared phase (MP). PM SMT QJ is part of the Implementation Team responsible for implementing solutions to the QJs provided by Global Bus Technology (GBT).
Lead the SMT QJ Team throughout the process from Kick-Off (KOFF) in order to secure assigned gate targets and deliverables
Communicate status/deviations for Service market target/requirement fulfillment (stated in Prerequisites and Requirement specification).
o Follow up the actual SMT spending and balance with SMT budget.
