We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Technical Communicator to help us create excellent user documentation for our hematology analyzers. Our analyzers are used in labs all over the world and good technical documentation is key to provide fast, reliable and cost effective analyses for our customers.
What you'll do
Author technical documentation for CellaVision hematology analyzers.
Collaborate as an active part of one of our agile development teams.
Work closely with our training and e-learning team in CellaVision Academy.
Take responsibility for the design and structure of our technical documentation.
Maintain our stylesheets and content management system. We use MadCap Flare for authoring and Perforce for version control.
Output technical documentation to both print and digital formats.
Who you are
You have the ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them in an accurate and comprehensible way.
You are curious, investigative and eager to learn new things.
You are excellent in English writing, and preferably also in Swedish.
Bachelor in engineering, information design, or other relevant field.
You are experienced in working with single-source authoring and content management systems, preferably experienced in MadCap Flare.
You have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Preferably, you are also experienced in working in a regulatory controlled environment.
