We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Technical Communicator to help us create and manage excellent user documentation in multiple languages for our hardware and software products. Our analyzers and software are used in labs all over the world and good technical documentation is key to transforming information into clear instructions which are easy to use, add value to our products and improve the customer experience.
What you'll do
• Author and publish (print and online) technical documentation for CellaVision hardware and software products.
• Assist with planning and prioritizing of work.
• Drive and engage in process and tools development.
• Collaborate actively with our agile development, customer support and marketing teams.
• Work closely with our training and e-learning team in CellaVision Academy.
You need to have
• A Bachelor or Master's degree in technical communication, information design, engineering or another relevant field.
• Experience working with modular documentation and single-source authoring.
• Experience in creating technical illustrations and visualizations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Excellent skills in English writing and experience in writing for translation.
It's nice if you have
• Experience in Madcap Flare, Perforce and/or Adobe Illustrator.
