Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.
We are now looking for a person who think it would be fun to work in a combined role as Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master within Consumer Services and the Optimization Services team.
The role
You will work in close collaboration with our Product Owners, Architects as well as Development Teams. You will be the voice of the Customer and focus on their needs to help our customers to get the most optimal solutions. You will be responsible for many contact areas and work closely with different stakeholders which requires you to be an expert at communication, with a deep technical understanding. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders and act as a bridge to our development team representing customer voices internally at Connected Solutions. In the role as Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master you
have a holistic view of your teams' deliveries and insight into dependencies to other teams and stakeholders. Important is also to always see to what the best solution long-term is for VGCS and our Customers
are responsible to collect, analyze, break-down and document business- and customer requirements and needs to propose the most optimal and valuable solution for the specific business area
are being one of our main interfaces towards Volvo Group business areas
will lead and support the team in their efforts to deliver on agreed commitments
will moderate meetings related to our agile Way of Working, e.g., daily stand-ups, retrospectives
will be a key person protecting the team from disturbances, unplanned work, remove impediments and keep all team members' work situation manageable, motivating and fun
will continuously reflect upon how we are doing things and drive improvements
drive pre-studies and proof of concept work together with other Volvo departments
Your profile
As a person you are a driven team player with a positive and agile mindset and a "can do" attitude that you spread to others around you. You also take pride in your work and are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging, you enjoy problem solving. You do have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions but keep the big picture perspective since our environment constantly evolves in unexpected ways. You are structured, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork; contribute with team spirit and likes taking on responsibility.
A university degree in engineering, computer science or similar
Several years of experience as Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master in an international environment
Technical experience and interest
Excellent skills in communication
Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a merit
Experience from working as Developer or similar is a merit
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Valid Work-permit for Sweden or EU-citizen
