Our Talent & Performance Management team consists of five HR Specialists and Fredrik (manager). We are involved in most part of the employee lifecycle at CEVT, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, talent management and succession planning. As Talent Management Specialist in our team you will have a key role in driving our strategic Talent Management initiatives.
Your focus in this role is driving and participating in projects within the Talent Management area, such as workforce planning strategies, competence framework, succession planning and talent development programs. With passion and curiosity, you are constantly looking for new creative solutions and possibilities to improve our ways of working and eager to create employee experience. Based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, you will be collaborating with teams across CEVT.
With a relevant university degree and several years of working experience in your baggage, we believe you are an expert within your field with the capacity to transform strategic directions into actual Talent Management activities and initiatives. To thrive in this role we believe you are good at building and maintaining relationships and are able to create networks both internally and with external partners.
As our team has an agile working approach we are seeking for a flexible team member who enjoys taking initiatives, leading projects in a dynamic environment and are good at prioritizing and taking decisions. Since we have many different strategical and operational activities on our table, we hope that you both enjoy being part of our team and simultaneously are independent and courageous, finding ways to solve the challenges within your areas.
Main focus in your role
* Leading and supporting strategic Talent initiatives such as workforce planning, competence framework, succession planning and talent development.
* Implementing processes and tools to support our Talent strategies and initiatives.
* Being an ambassador for our values and collaborating with other stakeholders in projects and initiatives connected to Talent Management, Culture and Leadership.
* Ensuring an up-to-date approach to Talent Management by conducting internal and external benchmarks.
Qualifications and key attributes
* Academic degree within HR and/or business.
* Several years of experience from working with Talent Management.
* Strong project management, informal leadership skills and an ability to influence others.
* As you will be conducting presentations and workshops in English, fluency in spoken as well as written English is key.
