You:
• have an academic degree within HR, business and administration or equivalent
• have more than 3 years of experience from the management consultant business
• have a true passion for people
• are fluent in english and swedish
As a consultant at Aoex you have multiple opportunities to develop your skills and you can pursue a career on the global talent management market, become a Principal Consultant as a specialist or even a Founding Partner in the Aoex expansion model, which is based on starting sub-areas in multi locations and in other areas within the talent management market.
