Transrail Sweden AB has an open position for a senior software developer, specialized in Java. In short perspective, the new colleague will participate in a high-end project within railway technology. The aim is to coordinate train movements and optimize their speed profiles to reduce energy consumption and increase capacity of the railway tracks. In long term perspective, the new colleague will be a part of the development of all our software systems. We also hope that our new colleague can be a part of other kind of projects than pure software development, like pre-sales, management consultancy or other railway related consultancy projects.
Profile
Requirements:
Java-expert
Experience from development of systems for technical calculations or simulation
Strong in software architecture
Good communication skills
Self going and careful
Added value for:
General railway knowledge
Ability to perform general consulting outside pure software development
Scrum master experience
Project management experience
Knowledge in Java-libraries, like Spring and Hibernate
Knowledge in mathematical optimization
Location and time
The position is open now and we hope the new employee can start as soon as possible. Developer should work at our office in Västerås or Sundbyberg.
