• Troubleshoot and resolve server and/or network related problems
• Responsible for server and network fault & assurance management
• Responsible for network change plan review and implementation, and the development, rehearsal, and implementation of the network contingency plan
• Responsible for designing enterprise-class monitoring solution for servers, networks, services, applications and complete IT infrastructure
• Expert experience working with GNU/Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Debian)
• Expert experience with network equipment (Juniper, Cisco, F5 BIG-IP)
• Expert experience in deploying, administrating and optimizing databases
• Expert experience in script programming languages (bash/zsh, python, ruby, perl)
• Excellent experience in virtualization (VMware, RHEV, OpenVZ, QEMU, Xen, KVM)
• Excellent experience in private and hybrid cloud solutions (OpenStack, CloudStack)
• Excellent experience in IT/remote server automation/orchestration (Ansible, Chef)
• Ability to travel and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Serbian
